Clearbrook/Gonvick School-Based Mental Health Professional, Clinical Trainee or Practitioner at Stellher Human Services. Working with families and children through home, school and community-based mental health services.

Requirements

• Experience in the delivery of clinical services to recipients with mental illness
• Knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality, and interests, learning and motivation, psychological research methods, and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders
• Demonstrated ability to interact with families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Able to work independently within established guidelines and with limited supervision and assistance
• Able to travel to and from meetings with families, school officials, and other agencies
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with other professionals in verbal and written formats
• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences and licensed under Minnesota Statues as a psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or psychiatric nurse
• Enrolled in an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional
• Has completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional and who is in compliance with the requirements of the applicable health-related licensing board, including requirements for supervised practice
