Stem is seeking a Staff Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team. This role is focused on shaping and executing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen Stem’s brand, support business and growth objectives, and engage key stakeholders across customers, partners, media, investors, and internal audiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, or related field
- Proven track record developing and executing strategic communications campaigns that drive business results
- Strong, versatile writing skills with experience authoring press releases, executive communications, and external-facing content
- Experience managing media relations activities and serving as a company spokesperson or key media contact
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex technical and industry topics into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with communications tools and platforms (e.g., content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media)
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
