Requirements

• Provide handson leadership to teams of engineers and senior engineers
• Contribute directly to architectural design and development activities when required
• Establish and enforce software development standards, best practices, and processes
• Partner closely with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical engagement
• Drive the adoption and integration of AI-assisted development tools
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent
• Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure developed software adheres to cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements
