Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design
- Previous experience with highly complex technical projects/programs
- Demonstrated support of the Change Management environment
- Strong understanding of business and systems
- Technical aptitude
- Ability to work in a rotational 24x7 on-call support environment
- Excellent professional written and oral communications
- Excellent analytic skills and technical documentation skills
- Experience in identifying, clarifying and resolving issues and risks
