Job Description
Oracle DBA role to dedicate resources to DBaaS release deployment, infrastructure deployment, and management of services associated with DBaaS, with a focus on Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), and capacity management of the cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience in administering OEM (preferably OEM 12C) in an enterprise environment
- Experience in administering OID (Oracle Internet Directory) in an enterprise environment
- Experience in administering Oracle Appliances (ExaData, ODA) including patching of OEL, Storage Cells and firmware
- Strong tuning experience in analyzing the performance metrics and provide recommendations in Oracle on Exadata.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle including DBMS, Data Guard, Golden Gate, RAC, RMAN
- Strong knowledge of OS (Linux) and Storage concepts
- Experience working for large enterprises preferably in the financial sector
- Must have the strong communication skill to deal directly with business and development teams.
- Must have strong technical skill to manage and take ownership of technical projects without any assistance.
