Job Description
Responsible for recruiting IT professionals for Oracle Financial Consultant positions, with a focus on Oracle Leasing Module experience and PL/SQL requirements. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of work experience in financial services and progressive roles, with Oracle certifications and training a plus.
Requirements
- Gather requirements from clients and close them successfully
- Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
- Ensure candidate resumes reflect experience and requirements
- Arrange client interviews and possible offer of employment
- Negotiate salaries with candidates
- Source and screen profiles for different requirements
- Develop and build channel/vendor relations
- Understand existing and pending client needs and close requisitions
