Practical Nursing Adjunct Instructor - Clinical & Skills Lab (Fridays)

Stepful is seeking an experienced Adjunct Instructor to support its Board of Nursing-approved Practical Nursing program. In this role, you will guide and supervise students during in-person clinical rotations and skills labs, helping them build hands-on nursing skills and apply classroom knowledge in real-world healthcare settings as they prepare for clinical practice and licensure.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as faculty in an RN or LPN education program
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse, with 5+ years of varied nursing experience across clinical practice, nursing education, and/or administration
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Active, unencumbered Ohio RN license
• Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners
