Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in social media platforms, website management, and digital marketing tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple departments and teams to market specific programming in alignment with the YMCA’s overall mission and vision
