Hyera Inc is seeking a Process Operator for its activated carbon production facility in Willows, CA. The Process Operator is responsible for operating equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality and efficiency of activated carbon output.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
• Proficiency in operating control systems and monitoring equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
• Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to following procedures
• Technical certifications related to process operations (preferred)
