Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Pediatrics

STEPS for Kids is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive pediatric therapy services. This role involves working with children and families in a neurodiversity affirming practice with a focus on both direct clinical work and program development, potential for a full-time position, and growth into team leadership. The position emphasizes neurodevelopmental and behavioral health disorders, and collaboration with pediatricians and therapists.

Requirements

• Current LCSW licensed in Illinois
• Compassionate and dedicated to helping children and their families
• Commitment to interdisciplinary approach, team collaboration
• Ability to work with a wide range of communication and cognitive levels
• Experience working with a neurodiverse pediatric population
• Competency in pediatric evaluations, play based therapy, CBT, and other therapeutic interventions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability to meet all audiences
