We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage strategic key accounts and develop business relationships with distribution partners and their customers. The role requires solution-oriented product consulting, negotiation, and sales skills, as well as a consultative sales approach and flexibility for national travel.
Requirements
- Successful completed university degree with a focus on business administration or comparable education
- Several years of experience in sales and external sales and customer care, ideally in indirect sales and/or the marketing of digital recruitment/SaaS solutions
- High negotiation skills and sales security at decision-maker level with a consultative sales approach (“consultative selling”)
- Well-developed communication skills and competence in relationship management
- Flexibility and national travel readiness to your accounts
