Engineer Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Engineering Department and help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel for our guests and associates.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional mathematical and computer skills
• High school education and relevant training and experience required.
• Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates.
• CPR training required; first aid training preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred.
• Several years of experience in engineering and maintenance preferably within the hospitality industry, is essential.
