Requirements
- Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff
- Assist in the development of the annual budget
- Establish and maintain cost control systems
- Maintain room quality based on StepStone and hotel guidelines
- Conduct inventories of linen, supplies, and equipment
- Order and receive supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels
