The Automation Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the equipment, including routine maintenance and upkeep, and provide necessary training to other employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years' hands-on experience maintaining automated equipment
- Timely completion of tasks and effective communication at all organizational levels
- Understanding of Lean concepts and ability to demonstrate incremental improvements
- Strong interpersonal skills and high customer empathy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and request assistance above 50 lbs
