Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Contract Administrator to support our Life Sciences Business. In this role, you will conduct contract reviews, negotiations, and risk assessments to help drive profitable sales growth.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, including hands-on corporate contract negotiation experience
- Strong understanding of corporate liabilities, risk assessment, and commercial contracting best practices
- Business experience a plus
