Job Description
The Engineering Project Manager will lead critical product development initiatives within STERIS's Reprocessing PMO, overseeing capital and consumable product programs that support a multi-billion-dollar portfolio.
Requirements
- Lead project reviews, ensure PM process compliance, and manage small/medium project.
- Oversee full project management of product development, including cross-functional planning to meet quality, cost, reliability, and manufacturability goals.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and team performance while identifying risks, driving mitigations, and promoting accountability.
