Requirements

• Supervise a team of 2 Quality Inspectors at reception and 2 Quality Technicians on the production floor
• Respond to quality emergencies on the production floor and document non-conformities in accordance with regulatory standards
• Intervene with suppliers in case of non-conformity
• Conduct technical investigations (A3/8D) individually and in a multidisciplinary group
• Execute supplier audits
• Act as a technical reference for Quality Inspectors and Quality Technicians
• Act as a Quality reference for Production
• Analyze quality data and adjust parameters accordingly
• Attend daily team meetings with Production team leaders
• Act as a link between Production and the Quality team
• May be called upon to contribute to risk analysis during the development of new products
• May be called upon to contribute to process and equipment validation, in support of manufacturing engineering
