Operations Engineer

Provide the value stream with Engineering support for current products. Develop and maintain manufacturing process specifications. Evaluate, identify and/or resolve tooling/fixture/process/gauging/assembly needs as required to maintain production and essential quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of applicable Engineering experience
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Design, Software and personal computer applications required.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication, conventional and CNC machining, assembly processes and tools, paint, capital equipment justification preparation, manufacturing systems such as MRP
• Must possess excellent leadership, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
