Job Description
The Quality Specialist is responsible for assisting in the administration of quality functions at a manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to various regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating document control, site record retention, calibration, and inspection activities, as well as facilitating customer complaint investigations and supporting supplier quality and customer assessments.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Engineering or a Scientific field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality function within a regulated industry (i.e. FDA/ISO 13485)
- Experience working with large data sets and analyzing trends
- Proficiency using Excel to export and manipulate data
- Understanding of national sampling standards (ANSI -Z1.4)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
