Job Description
At STERIS, we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science product and service solutions around the globe. The Senior CI Engineer leads the implementation of Lean principles, tools, and systems throughout the organization, independently managing complex projects that improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Technical Field
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing or service environment
- Professional certification preferred (e.g., AME/SME Bronze or higher, SixSigma Green Belt or higher)
