Job Description
STERIS is seeking a Supervisor, Sterile Processing to provide on-site support, training, and communication regarding the reprocessing of surgical instruments and trays in a contracted facility. This role involves managing a team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and participating in quality initiatives. The position requires leadership, operational knowledge, and a commitment to infection control and education.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on sterile processing experience
- CRCST or CBSPD Certification and additional certification required
- Demonstrated self-starter and ability to manage independently
