Warehouse Team Lead

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to provide guidance, work levelling, assistance, and leadership to a team of Material Handlers and Drivers at our Rogers, MN Distribution Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring team continuity across all warehouse operations, working collaboratively with key business partners to meet business requirements, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• 5 years related disciplines experience
• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous forklift experience and certification, if none, ability to become certified required
• General proficiencies in Microsoft Office and ERP
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
