Zorgboerderij ELAH is looking for a mentor who can support clients with a mental vulnerability in their daily lives, working in a warm and small-scale environment with a committed team. The ideal candidate is concerned and empathetic, and feels at home in our Christian and caring environment.
Requirements
- Concerned and empathetic
- Willing to work variable shifts, including sleep shifts and weekend shifts
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to stand behind the vision and Christian identity of ELAH
- Knowledge and experience in the field of psychiatry is a plus
