Calculator - Garderen

Van de Kolk is seeking a calculator who wants to make a difference and be involved in project preparation. The job involves preparing accurate calculations, requesting and comparing offers, and preparing work budgets. As a calculator at Van de Kolk, you will work closely with project planners, customer advisors, and execution to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Requirements

• Completed education in building (MBO or HBO) and a lot of knowledge of building methods
• At least 2 years of experience as a calculator
• Ability to prioritize tasks and keep an overview of complex projects
• Effective communication skills with clients, advisors, architects, and contractors
• Creative problem-solving skills to meet project needs and budgets
