Job Description
We are looking for a Workshop Chef to lead our workshop in Leiden where acoustic products are made. You will work with a small team and be responsible for leading and motivating them. You will also be working with various materials and machines to create acoustic products such as panels, sound booths, and ceiling solutions.
Requirements
- Leading a small team of 4 to 6 people
- Experience as a team leader with at least 3 years of work experience
- HBO or MBO education at level 4
- Ability to detect problems and come up with solutions immediately
- Eye for detail and guaranteeing quality
- Good communication and leadership skills
