Requirements

• Answering incoming requests via telephone and email
• Advising customers and contributing to solutions
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Guiding the process from order to delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitoring agreements and deadlines towards customers
• Administratively processing orders and customer data
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer experience and processes
• Intensive collaboration with colleagues from sales, logistics, and technology
