Job Description
We are looking for a mental health professional who is passionate about leadership and team development. As a GZ-Psycholoog / Locatiemanager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to clients, as well as managing and leading a team of professionals. Your role will involve a combination of clinical work, team management, and organizational development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience in clinical work and team management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Fluency in Dutch is required, English is a plus
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week
