De Kroes is a family-owned business with over 175 years of experience in making savory biscuits. We are looking for a Packaging Operator to join our team in Oosterhout, Nederland. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and changing the packaging lines, ensuring that the machines run smoothly and that the biscuits are neatly packaged.

Requirements

• VMBO/MBO work and thinking level
• At least 2-3 years of experience as an operator or packaging worker
• Technical insight and a willingness to learn
• Good mastery of the Dutch language
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and attention to quality
• Willingness to work in a shift system
