Job Description
We are looking for a pedagogical assistant to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children to play, discover, and grow. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and team-oriented person who can work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Requirements
- A completed MBO or HBO education, such as PW 3 or 4, education assistant, SPW, Pabo, pedagogy, or SPH
- A warm and stable character, making children and parents feel at ease
- A proactive, stress-resistant, and decisive attitude
- The creativity to motivate and stimulate children in a playful way
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
