ProKidz is a small-scale, personal after-school care organization in Tilburg, looking for a pedagogical employee to join their team. As a pedagogical employee, you will ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children to develop at their own pace.

Requirements

• Observing and guiding the development of children
• Creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to play and learn
• Preparing and offering fun and challenging activities for children
• Working with parents and caregivers
• Taking care of food and care during care periods
• Performing household tasks
• Supporting interns and colleagues
• Actively contributing to improving the quality of the BSO
