Requirements
- Thorough and completed HTS degree in Construction
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Leadership skills to motivate a team to achieve common goals
- Keen eye for budgets and well-considered decision-making
- Effective communication skills with all parties involved
- Experience as a work planner (a plus)
