Requirements

• Daily management, coaching, and motivating the team
• Providing a welcoming reception and excellent service for all guests
• Monitoring quality, hygiene, and the appearance of the restaurant
• Training and guiding new employees
• Working together during busy moments to support the team
• Planning and organizing daily work activities
