Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader Inside Sales to join our organization. You will be responsible for achieving goals, leading a team of up to 5 colleagues, and actively participating in sales calls. You will also be responsible for proactively approaching customers, managing leads, and advising customers on our products and services.
Requirements
- Availability for 32 – 40 hours per week
- At least 1 year of experience as a leader in an outbound call center (B2B)
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel
- MBO work and thinking level
- Commercial mindset
