Job Description
Join the Sterling Bank team as a full time Private Client Associate at our Little Rock location. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm - no weekends! Requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Performing services such as opening new accounts, establishing direct deposit accounts, and opening retirement accounts
- Assisting customers with queries concerning financial institution services
- Development of new relationships and maintaining existing relationships
- Answering questions on all services the bank provides
- Contributing to the growth of the bank by promoting and cross selling bank products and services
- Offering support on the teller line by completing teller functions as needed
