Jersey Mike's Shift Leader

Jersey Mike's is seeking a motivated and energetic Shift Leader to support a management team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, quality, and efficiency of the restaurant, leading a team of cooks and providing excellent customer service. This role is driven by a team and a commitment to a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Lead by example in food quality, customer service, and team environment
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensuring uniform adherence
• Proficient in slicing
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Manage and lead crew of 2 to 5 people
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
