We are a full-service law firm looking for a Corporate/M&A Associate with 4-8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A/joint ventures law to work with our leading Corporate/M&A partner.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A/joint ventures law at an AM Law 100 firm
• Experience in a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures
