Job Description
Join a dynamic growth marketing agency as a Personal Assistant and right-hand support to the executive, managing a complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling appointments, and handling various personal matters with discretion and efficiency.
Requirements
- 2 to 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or equivalent role
- Excellent knowledge of local services and logistics in Malaysia
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar and travel management software
