Job Description
Steve & Kate's Camp is looking for a Summer Camp Assistant Director to help run all facets of a self-directed camp. The role involves building relationships with parents and children, training and leading a team, and overseeing day-to-day operations. It's a training ground and pipeline for directors, and a great way to gain valuable experience and get your foot in the door.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 months of experience working in a Camp, or 1 year in an Education or Child Care setting is required
- Past Management or Leadership experience is preferred
- Meets local Camp Director qualifications, or Is a previous Steve & Kate's Camp employee
