Summer Camp Assistant Director - San Mateo

Steve & Kate's is looking for a Summer Camp Assistant Director to help run all facets of a self-directed camp. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering kids and has strong leadership skills. As a team member, you'll build relationships with parents and children, help train and lead a team, and oversee daily operations. This role is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and get your foot in the door for a career at Steve & Kate's.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 months of experience working in a Camp, or 1 year in an Education or Child Care setting
• Past Management or Leadership experience is preferred
• Meets local Camp Director qualifications, or Is a previous Steve & Kate's Camp employee
