Job Description
Steve & Kate's is looking for a Youngest Camper Counselor Lead to work with children aged 4-5 in a self-directed camp setting. The lead counselor will implement and manage the camp day, manage support staff, and ensure the baseline needs of the campers are met.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children, with 1 year preferred
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
