Job Description
Steve & Kate's Camp is looking for a Summer Camp Youngest Camper Counselor Lead to work with children aged 4-5. The role involves implementing and managing the camp day structure, managing a team of support staff, and meeting the needs of young campers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take ownership of their own mini-program and is comfortable navigating challenging interactions.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children
- First Aid & CPR certified
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
