Job Description
We are looking for a Summer Camp Youngest Camper Counselor Lead to work with our youngest campers (ages 4-5) at our Paoli, PA location. As the lead counselor, you will implement and manage the structure of the camp day, manage a team of support staff, and ensure the needs of our little ones are met. You will work in a self-directed approach, sparking conversations with staff, campers, and parents, and taking ownership of your mini-program. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable navigating challenging interactions, and has the stamina to keep up with energetic campers.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred
- First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp
