Job Description
Accounting Manager needed for on-site position in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. 5+ years of experience required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (financial interfaces with Oracle / SAP or similar (asset) and strong user of Microsoft Excel)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and present findings clearly and concisely and being detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize deadlines
- Exposure with Hedge Accounting and Foreign exchange transactions
