CNC Router Drill Operator

The CNC Router Drill operator must understand material parts and troubleshooting machinery issues while always stressing Steven’s motto of Safety, Quality, Complete & On Time Delivery and Productivity & Cost.

Requirements

• Knowledge would normally be acquired through a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One-year previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read materials for accuracy.
• Ability to write to accomplish such tasks as completing forms or communicating simple instructions.
• Ability to perform mathematics used to set up and operate machines and equipment.
• Ability to make decisions that are short range and usually affect only a small group or work unit.
• Ability to independently complete tasks assigned by others.
• Ability to function as lead worker, performing essentially the same work as those supervised.
• Ability to communicate to explain or interpret well-defined business issues or procedures, following established patterns.
• Ability to navigate programs through computer technology.
