Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will maintain and develop customer relations, both internal and external. They will receive customer orders by phone, mail, email, fax or from sales representative and respond to customer’s inquiries or complaints.

Requirements

• Knowledge would normally be acquired through two years of college or business related experience
• Possess strong customer service skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in MS Office products
