Facilities - Grounds crew member

Stevenson School is seeking a Facilities - Grounds crew member to maintain the beauty, integrity, and professional appearance of the School’s grounds, fields and sport venues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years prior grounds experience preferred
• Working knowledge and general familiarity with landscaping/irrigation trades
• Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions necessary for the safe use of equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to follow written and oral instruction
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to connect with all members of the community and work cooperatively with others
• Demonstrated interest in being part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to being part of a diverse, equitable and inclusive school community
