Floral Assistant

Floral Assistants provide support to the floral department with a variety of activities such as helping prepare flowers for arrangements and displays, assisting customers, maintaining supplies and a clean work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Knowledge of different types of flowers
• Safely use pruning shears and box cutters
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Personal characteristics: Organized, Excellent interpersonal skills, Active listener, Great work ethic, Problem solver, Self-motivator, Flexible, Honest
