Commercial Title Officer

At Stewart, we're looking for a Commercial Title Officer to provide Nationwide title services, supporting real estate transactions with high-level customer service and proactive communication. You'll work with customers, attorneys, and lenders to resolve title insurability issues and communicate with clients and third parties to clear title-related issues.

Requirements

• Works with customers, attorneys, and lenders in an advisory capacity to resolve issues impacting title insurability prior to closing for commercial transactions
• Communicates with clients and third parties to obtain documentation to clear title related issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title commitment
• Follows standard procedures and guidelines
• Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
