Escrow Officer

Provides escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare transactions. Facilitates real estate transactions by providing high-level customer service and proactive communication throughout the closing process.

Requirements

• Handling real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Acting as a neutral liaison between file parties, adhering to company policy, and monitoring and mitigating risk to the company
• Evaluating and selecting solutions from existing precedents or procedures
• Communicating and explaining complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others
