Business Process Analyst

Business Process Analyst at STIHL, responsible for leading cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, improve quality, and drive cost savings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, business management, supply chain management or related discipline
• PMP Certification, Process Modeling, Agile Project Management, Lean Six Sigma and Manufacturing experience
• Previous experience working in close team environment
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
• MS Power BI or similar
• Basic SAP experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical and conflict resolution skills
